anybody else on here at Uni? If so im guessing your deadlines are starting to rush up! im in my final year and trying to work as hard as possible, but it’s really doing my head in! anyone else feel like life would be easier to just jack it all in!

Been there, done that. I feel OLD! Graduated earlier this year, I’m 23.
I don’t miss the last minute panics before every deadline. I do miss the girls and general randomness of it (the first year anyway)

Correcto! It doesnt help that i have a better half still in Belfast and have to fly home at every possible occassion i can get! Not to mention decisions to move back for a crap job or stay here for a good job!

How did u manage that one! I live off 4 grand a year, my rent is £240 a month which dont leave much for the mini!

do you prefer newcastle to belfast ?
He used to live here, but moved home in an attempt to get a job (final interview with renault for apprenticeship on monday!), I like newcastle as a city, but family and friends make belfast better!

Full loan and grant, and working about 30+ hours a week at halfords bumped it up (All weekend, one full weekday and at least another half a dozen hours here and there)
I lived at home and didn’t have to pay board (I was a student ) but now I’m “full time employed” 1/3rd of my wage goes on board

Byker end of Heaton! mine is a very faded red colour with a “mini” stripe along the bottom of the doors, i dont drive it much caus im slightly embarassed of her at the minute! (dont tell her tho, don’t want to hurt her feeings). Would i have seen yours about?
maybes least year, baby blue and yellow rollcage - buckets seats ect…

I know how you feel mate, i’m only in my first term of uni and the work load is never ending! Hope i get used to it!
id pass my uni degree if i was lieing on a beach some place for 3 years
id even pass the course if i was in a coma
but mine is an art degree soo… ha ha
but seriously, yes its hard work, but its worth it

i work further up the hill. the derelict looking building with a carpark which a tramp poos in every sunday ha! its like a monday morning suprise, well it was a suprise the first couple times, now its just a bit sick

get yourself out on the quayside tonight and forget about the uni stuff or take the mini down the coast and show up all the little charvers (who i used to go to school with ) who park next to sealife centre.
