Morning all…

My great ideas normally come as soon as i open my eyes in the morning!! like the cup o tea thing!! or taking a week off work sick… :erm:

I thought it would be nice to see a few faces of the runners, i mean some of us chat on the MSN thing…and i think we have seen eachothers minis…so how about it???

come on dont be shy!! look ill start the ball rolling!! this is a foto of me on a good day!! just before my wife took the foto i tripped over the cat and hit my head on the iron board…bloooody hurt too!! ouch!!
