1971 Austin Mini , 1380 stage 2, Hif 44
I’m seeing a hesitation between shifts when driving more spirited. Since I’m new to classic mini’s and their carburetors, I wasn’t sure if this off/on throttle lag was normal or if my carb could be adjusted to fix it. I have added 3 in 1 oil to the damper so as long as I did it correctly and/or added enough the carb shouldn’t be opening to quickly causing a lean condition unless I have other issues.
If there are any common problems/fixes for this condition, please let me know.
