Hi there, ive recently replace both the floors and the cross member in my clubman estate.
Unfortunately whilst removing the old floor, i didnt note the dimensions of the u-shaped bar that bolts in to the floor which the seats connect on to!
Can someone please let me know how far the mounting holes are from the back of the crossmember?

Mine measure 30mm from the crossmember to the centre of the nearest vertical section of the seat retainer.
Will you be using seat extension brackets? (the kind that push the seat further back) If so you might want to move the retainers back a bit…

Thanks for that - thats great info - not yet decided on extension brackets - i need to measure it all up really. As my seats are stored in the loft though thats currently not possible so wanted to get a rough idea on measurements for now.
