How are u doing the spray job for your mini i was tempted to do it myself with halfords spray cans
i did my boot with rattle cans took ages
But i have also seen that you can get rustoleum matt black for about the same price

not sure yet.. i was told a nice low gloss would give a much much better result and give the “matt” black look i was after.. as matt it self would mark real easy and not look the way i thought…
it’ll be done one panel at a time too as that way i can do the panels i need to “fix” and spray that wen im done and move on to the next.

Well ive only got a few bits to do on mine like steering gators and torquing everything up, but ive had an offer from my wifes brother
at his friends body shop, all body work and painted, mot, picked up and delivered back for a mates rate of £200. So it looks like that might be in the pipe line
But it all comes down to funds and when i have time on my hands so should be in the next month ‘hopefully’

well, i say ive gotta fix them and by that i mean colin (Yoda) will prob do most of the work teachin me along the way and watch me screw it up and then let him correct it afterwards… but im hopin it’ll look just as good as the photoshop’d version of your car with something special for the grille but all the chrome will go so its solid black all over… head to toe(ing eye) lol
with funny enuff the same sodding wheels you have but in 13’s and some sort of very sutle body kit… £200!! i still cant believe your getting it done that cheap..
