Hi, my friend applied for a grant from the councils youth fund, they give you money for a project you do or a band etc, he got £800 worth of equiptment for his band. I have sent my application today, with a nice list and a picture of my car which may help me get the money. So fingers crossed i will hear from them in the next few days with a bit of good luck, so please keep your fingers crossed for me and i will let you all know.

Well i went on the internet and found the application form. printed it out and filled it in with all the info, you make a list of the things you need with a total price, they can decide to give you some, all, or none of the money you want, i don’t know if they do it where you are, but you need to keep all recipts as proof, of the money been spent on the items you said. You need to be between 13 and 18 to get it i think, but i am so nervous, i hope they give me some money to help me, if they dont give me it all i will be getting the re-spray done with it and get a few bits and bobs, but hopefully if i get the whole £1780 i will get loads of bits but they give about £1000 to individuals but they sometimes give more.
No such thing, it’s come from taxes. Like most money that is given away.
In my days as a youth you would get a job or jobs and work hard towards a goal, nowdays you just ask for money? There has to be more in it than that.
