Im thinking of getting one of these lamp bars but not sure weather i should get a mk1 or mk2 onwards.
im going to get a mk1 grill so would i need the mk1 bar or would i still need the mk2+ because i think the difference is something to do with the way it fits around the grill but im not too sure and i cant find info on them anywhere on the internet.
Someone please help me i havent got a clue

I bought a lamp bar and lights from Huddersfield Spares about a year and a half ago and I had to choose mk1 or mk2+, my car is a mk4 or 5 or something, but I’ve got a mk1 grill so I ordered the mk1 grill fitting kit and it fitted perfectly.
Where are you getting your lamp bar from? If it’s an old Huddersfield kit then you’ll want the mk1 fitment kit if you have a mk1 grill.
theres one on ebay at the moment that looks pretty good havent got the grill yet but im looking at getting one very soon.
probbably a stupid question but how did you wire the spots is it a normal 4 spot wiring kit but with 1 unused?
