\*\*Headlights! they are not working!:\*\*
Basically, the headlights work on the flashing unit but not if you just want to turn them on for night driving! Have checked the fuses, which are all fine, May be a faulty wire somewhere, Just wondering which wire to follow from which switch, and any other ideas on it? Car is being sold tomorrow so would prefer if it is in full working order!
cheers everyone who helped with the full electrics not working yesterday, was a huge help!Your light switch is dodgy, give it a press while facing a wall at night I bet they sporadically light up, then when you let go of the button they’ll go off! Happened to me, need to buy a new light switch, not expensive (but more expensive than a simple switch should be haha).
Thing is its a new switch as thats one thing I thought it could be! Have tested the switch in my mums mini and it works… so… erm!
I had the same problem, check the connections from the fuse box, mine had corroded. I changed the fuse box and the lights started working.
