i have a 1989 mini city E, however i have had a 1275 put in to it.
basically the head gasket has gone, and i know why it would have but as a replacement part could anyone suggest what the best gasket to get would be, but without being silly expensive!

Head gaskets are very cheap parts to replace, id just say dont go too cheap, some are rubbish
personally i use mini spares, they do a great kit with all the gaskets you need for a tenner, mines been going for ages Here
if you really want to splash out these gaskets use a more modern material Here
As above, a BK450 is the one to use.
