after everything going haywire yesterday, after i fitted my towhook, i spent all day today fixing little things that ive been leaving and leaving.
to start with i had to find out why i had no power when my tester said my battery was good, turned out to be the main earth cable needed cleaning up.
finished wiring up my trailer(need to put my 2 triangles on it now), this is when i found out i had no brake lights, not sure how long its been like that, luckilly for me im a collectormaniac, so i had a spareswitch, which got fitted, i also fixed the speedo, so i now know when im going too slow, and i fitted and wired in my rev counter, ill post up pictures later.
still found some other bits wrong with it as well, the fan seems to be rubbing on the surround, need to fit my new one. also i need to paint and rebuild my cylinder head, which ive not long had skimmed, paint my water pump, and then fit it all.
i think i have some leaks from teh carbs, as now and then i have petrol, on the float chambers, i think i need to make some new gaskets for them, more work to do its allmost endless
my first mini was the same cowboy. i had to clean up the main earth cable. took me ages to figure it out. lol. and simple to sort out. thats minis for you.

it just want connected fully into the head..
as for working on mrs bungles car next, you’ll have to wait in line, ive still got loads to do on sunshines body work and paint and fit her neww engine which i should be picking up today or tomorrow.
then i still have the bbq trailer to work on. i think i might take that into work and do that during my lunch brakes who knows what ill do. need to raise the towe hook a few inches thats the first job, then fit the handbrake. do dthe body work get the burners working, ensure it fits in there so i can get it out when i need to, ensure the body is ok so i can make a roof for it, and on and on and on
