I’ve got the front discs (and prop shafts) from a 1987 mini Jet Black I scrapped for parts. My road car is an 1985 model with drums - anyone got any idea how easy it would be to swap the drums for the disc set up? What bits would it be good to replace when Ido it and where could I get the bits from at a reasonable price? I think I would definately need new discs as the ones I recovered and quite worn.
