Has anyone cut out the bins and moved the belt tensioner somewhere else? Where to? Some ideas and/or pictures would be nice

Not done so myself but i think something similar was posted yesterday about where the seat belt could fasten if door bins were cut out

Take care messing with pre-tensioners, they are explosives after all. I am no expert but I would have thought if you move them they may not work correctly if they ever had to fire.

I would like to cut mine out because welding the reinforcement plates for my cage becomes so much easier. I need the 3 point belts still in the car because otherwise I will fail inspections here in sweden. 4-point belts are just not allowed.
Seems like a whole lot more work than I wanted though if I need to keep the reel in the same orientation.
