Is anyone watching Bones on Sky1?
There’s currently a red mini cooper being driven! 
With the rather lovely David Boreanaz in passenger seat 
I was just watching them driving and thought- that car is very small and very bouncy…could it be?! and it was

I’ve seen it in the past in that episode. Did you spot that it has an English plate under the American one? seem to remember it starts with an M and the bonnet stripes have John Cooper signatures on them so it’s a '90s Cooper (or lookalike).
Sorry I know I’m sad but I tend to spot these things.

I saw that episode a while ago. I noticed that it was entirely too quiet in the car, no one was yelling to be heard. I also notice that the driver, Hodgins, was turning the wheel way too much. I guess the actor has never really driven a Mini, if he was driving the car in real life and moved the wheel that much he would be all over the place!

The mini is in more episodes after this one. The car belongs to one of the cast and is used many times. The mini takes centre stage in season 4 two parter “yanks in the uk” when Booth asks for Aston but due to his accent ends up with a Austin. Its funny watching him driving it. This is a different mini but the same colour.
