With it being slash cut, you should get a bit more of a rasp to the exhaust note.
That is a lot of money for a very badly designed exhaust.
It will lose a bit of power and increase petrol consumption due to the oversize final exit pipe, which should be the same diameter as the main pipe, at about 1.75" to work properly.
